Favorite quote: Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.” -Henry Ford
Cameron Lewis is a personal trainer who leverages his expertise to help patients bridge the gap between physical therapy and return to sports, work and recreational activity. He loves to help people have confidence in themselves and achieve their goals. In addition to managing Haymarket PT’s Personal Training program, he assists therapy patients with their exercises.
Cameron has been involved in sports his entire life. He took interest in football and played for 6 years until an injury sidelined him for his entire senior year. Cameron’s interest in health and fitness started after this injury. As a result, he lost 50 pounds by means of diet and exercise. He then attended Liberty University where he continued to explore the world of health and fitness throughout college and earned a B.S in Exercise Science and an American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist certification. Cameron is also certified in performing Functional Movement Screens (FMS). Since graduating in 2012, he has worked in both clinical and gym settings, giving him the knowledge and experience to work with people of any fitness level from beginners to professional and collegiate athletes, and everyone in between.
In his spare time, Cameron likes to try new restaurants, wineries, and breweries, as well as going on new adventures.
His training philosophy is:” No matter what your goals are I can help you achieve them by using the various training styles I have learned and practiced over the last 8 years. Let your goals become my goals.”
