Haley Byrd is invested in trying to streamline the patient’s experience at Haymarket PT and make it as pleasant as possible in her role as a receptionist at the front desk.  She enjoys seeing people progress and get better as they continue with their therapy.

A childhood native of Northern Virginia, Haley has worked in a variety of customer service positions over the years before joining the Haymarket PT family.  She brings to the team her belief that whatever attitude or energy you put out should be what you would want to receive from others in return.

When not working, she is exercising her green thumb with her growing collection of houseplants. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and re-watching The Office.
