Haymarket Physical Therapy
We help you heal and recover naturally using our clinically-proven, 4 -phase framework!
“I’m ready to get started!”
I have a referral from my doctor!
You have everything you need to get started!
Let’s schedule your initial evaluation!
I don’t have a doctor referral.
No Problem!! In the state of Virginia, you can receive treatment from a physical therapist for 30 days without a referral from your doctor.
Our 4-Phase Program
During this Phase, you will clearly define your Big Hairy Audacious Goal for physical therapy.
Also, you will start to experience a reduction in pain and inflammation while improving your motion. This phase lasts six visits or less depending on the severity of the condition.
Once pain and inflammation have been reduced you will begin to work on your body’s strength, mobility, and flexibility in order to prepare for Phase III.
Phase III is where you really start to see the results of all your hard work.
During this phase, you will be performing activities related to your Big Hairy Audacious Goal that was established during your initial evaluation.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed your transformation and have now returned to doing what you enjoy.
You will continue to perform all the new activities you learned in order to maintain your strength and functional gains and prevent injury.
