Porter Wilson
(Rehabilitation Aide)
Porter Wilson is currently a student at NOVA working towards a degree in Kinesiology. He began working at Haymarket Physical Therapy in October 2022 after separating from the Marine Corps in July 2022. While in the Marine Corps, Porter was stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA, where he spent his enlistment working a variety of duties and billets, including Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and material management for 1st Radio Battalion. He also has a background in personal training, nutrition, and corrective exercise.
Porter found an interest in Physical Therapy during his time as a patient while recovering from his own back and knee injuries. His favorite thing about working at Haymarket Physical Therapy is seeing the recovery process from start to finish as patients return to their hobbies and daily activities. In his free time, Porter enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and powerlifting.
