Kaitlyn O’Grady
(Rehabilitation Aide)
Kaitlyn O’Grady is a rehabilitation aide at Haymarket Physical Therapy in Bristow. She graduated cum laude from Shenandoah University in May of 2024 earning her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. In addition, she plans to continue her education into a Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in the near future. Prior to this position, Kaitlyn has had experience within a general outpatient clinical setting, performing arts rehabilitation center, and athletic training clinic. Her focus in Physical Therapy came from interest pertaining to the idea of “exercise is medicine” where specified movements can significantly aid in the rehabilitation process of numerous injuries.
Kaitlyn is from Stafford, Virginia graduating from Mountain View High School prior to attending Shenandoah University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and reading.
